Macarthur: Uncovering stories of sacrifice

In 2015 People Pathways assisted the Macarthur RSL sub branch apply for a ANZAC Centenary Community Grant to tell the stories of people from this community and its surrounds who served during the 1914 – 1918 war.

The project funding was used to produce a short film called “Macarthur: Uncovering Stories of Sacrifice”.

Community groups involved in the project were the Macarthur RSL sub branch, Macarthur Primary School, Macarthur Historical Society, local residents, and other interested participants.

The film was launched on March 10th 2016 at the Macarthur Primary School.
