Maryanne delivered a range of programs for coach training company, FIREUP Coaching. In particular she facilitated a number of modules for the Certificate 1V in Business and Personal Coaching (10547NAT).

Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment, 2008 – 2012
Maryanne led strategic planning for community engagement within the Land and Fire division ensuring alignment with the Victorian Government’s bushfire strategy and the 2009 Victorian Bushfire Royal Commission recommendations.
Project Manager Leadership Support, Farm Services Victoria (FSV)
Victorian Department of Primary Industries, 2006 – 2008
Responsible for implementation, monitoring and review or FSV leadership strategy including development and implementation of internal 360° feedback for 75 managers.
Also provided support for managers and practical advice on team development, led deployment of the FSV Recognition Guide to FSV division (800 staff) and developed and delivered an internal coaching program to support FSV managers.
Project Manager Ovine Johne’s Disease (OJD) Communication and Support Project
Victorian Department of Primary Industries, 2003 – 2006
Establish, lead and coordinate a social support program for sheep producers whose properties were under trading restrictions for OJD.
Community Education Team Leader for salinity program, Northern Irrigation Region
Victorian Department of Natural Resources and Environment, 2002
Lead delivery of a community education program for the Shepparton Irrigation Region Implementation Committee, included salinity, groundwater, biodiversity, pest plant and animal, river health programs.
